Hey @lindahwilliams I tried calling you, however I could only leave a voicemail, I hope you are well.

 

Glad to hear that this matter has been handled and the issue is resolved, with regards to a new router request we can certainly provide a new one, however, there is fee of £6.99 for P&P that I need to make you aware of, this would be applied to your next bill, please let me know if that's okay for you and I will add it now.

Thank you for your swift response @lindahwilliams that's been now added to the account and the router should be with you within the next few days, keep an eye out for the email with the tracking reference so you can see when it's due to be delivered.
