Thank you . Well the openreach engineer couldn't find any faults *head scratcher* I'll see if it happens again. Your bot said there's fault found on the line but the engineer couldn't find it. Only seems to happen during the night to 7am. He said give it couple of days and contact me.

@CrystalJayme He may not have found a problem - but you certainly have one, as the WAN logs in message 8? or 9? prove.
I suspect the problem hasn't gone away.

I agree. That noise I heard last night was not normal. Very loud so much so that I had to move the phone away from my ear. I'll see if I can record the noise and upload the mp4 here. I'll also keep an eye on the logs too. Can plusnet please keep an eye on my broadband connection tonight till 8am please? You'll see the downstream snr go 23-27 after a disconnect. Thanks guys for wanting to help me 😘

@CrystalJayme PN will not/do not monitor connections in real time, but can access logs as required.

I can't believe it. My connection has been up 16hrs without any disconnections lol. He said he recrimped some wires in the cabinet and he did the same in the brown box outside my flat too. Looks like so far it's stable ☺. I'll keep you all informed if it goes down. Thank you to you all and plusnet and openreach engineer 😘

Well I'm back unfortunately with bad news *sigh*. It was going so well too up for 1 day then I look at the page today to find connection uptime 5hrs 😔 anyway here's the log.

03:19:45, 10 Aug.,dsl:VDSL link Up: Down Rate=72696Kbps, Up Rate=20000Kbps, SNR Margin Down=0.00dB, SNR Margin Up=6.00dB
Due to the time of day, it could just be the DLM adjusting your line for best sync speed, I'd worry if link down starting occuring like they were before.

Oh so it kicks me off when it syncs.? Makes sense but this problem hasn't happened before to my recollection.
