In order to discuss contract renewal, I have now joined the forum, sent a Facebook message, sent a tweet, and tried to call. The call wait time is 30m so you are advised to go online. I've done that, but nil response. What is going on?

@geoffold In the phone attempt, which option are you choosing? I don't know what the options are these days - as an ex-customer I have no reason to call - but if the 'I'm thinking of leaving' option is still there, choose that, and it should direct you to COTS - Customer Options - which usually has a fairly short queue.
