Contract / renewal dates not making sense

I am just looking into what offers I can get from other broadband providers, and noticed Plusnet offering me a 'deal' to renew my 18month contract. However, I am unsure why the information under 'Your Contract' is wrong, and if this is why I am being offered a cheaper rate to stay?

I also tried to see if online chat could match my other offer (Shell Energy), they sent me a link which didn't work to accept the offer. Any ideas?

I believe there is a known bug which displays incorrect information.
You should phone the PlusNet Customers Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to find out your specific contract end date and to see what deal they might offer. Make your you mention you're thinking of leaving.
