Hi just wondering if its possible to request a DLM reset?
Over a year ago I was having problems with my broadband connection. To cut a long story short Openreach eventually replaced all the copper wire between my house and a post in the village (about 400m) which solved the problem. The connection is very stable but seems to be capped at 20000kbps. It hasn't changed in over a year (the attainable is 24974kbps). I thought it would reset automatically but its hasn't. I presume there is nothing I can do myself?
