DLM reset

My internet has been dropping regularly for the last few months, and I hoping after checking over the wiring and re-terminating the connectors the issue may be resolved.

The line was dropping multiple times an hour and has been stable now for over 2 hours since I reconnected and the attenuation seems to be better.

 

Can I have a DLM reset on the line as the current speeds are 22down/7u and usually i get near enough 80down.

Thank you for your time on the phone today. As mentioned, I don’t think a DLM reset is necessary at this moment. My tests have found a fault affecting the service, which I believe is causing the disconnection issues. We’ve booked an appointment with Openreach to get this fault repaired.
