I received a text message saying my broadband order is delayed and to ring for further details but have been on hold for over an hour each time trying to speak to someone. Could someone please give more details? I need Internet for work and am paying a fortune for hotspots so could really do with my broadband ASAP. Thanks

I can confirm your broadband's due to go live on the 22nd September anytime by midnight.
