Disconnections at random times

Things have been good for a fair while, but in the last week or so I have been experiencing random drops of internet connection. It reconnects automatically straight away. However it breaks my VPN tunnel for work and I need to restart my work PC to re-establish the connection. Sometimes the connection remains up for some hours or even days, at other times barely more than a few minutes. Speed seems to be ok (12 - 15 Mbps) when connected

@tdliedtke, I've just been looking into this for you and tests are showing signs of a line fault (battery contact fault) I've reported that with Openreach for you and have added further details to a ticket on your account here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=225539650

@ahaseeb, sorry to see you're experiencing disconnections too, line tests aren't showing me any obvious causes so could you try following these checks next please? - https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/

Openreach have attended and resolved the fault. So far all is good
