For Community members to be able to help, information from these two sites, as screenshots, posted as pictures within the topic, not as attachments:-

BT Broadband(obscuring your phone number) and BTW Performance Tester - Over a wired (Ethernet) connection if at all possible, please report the 'ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS', and sight of the broadband connection status from your Hub (with the 'Username' obscured) would be a good starting point.

For the Hub One -

Navigate from the Home Screen to Troubleshooting > Helpdesk

For the Hub Two -

Navigate from the Home Screen to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information

It may also be a good idea to report the results of a Quiet Line Test - dial 17070 option 2 from a (preferably corded) phone. After the confirmation of your phone number, there should be total silence apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement. Any other noise - report a PHONE fault first.

I do not have a phone and the router is Draytek

 

My line is plagued with issues. The line is patched to all heck heading to the Cab

It just needs sorting

Fair enough if you have a dodgy line, and agree it needs sorting, but I can't honestly see anything in that screenshot which could account for the behaviour, apart from possibly the upstream error figures, which are extremely high.

As I said, the speed to your router is perfect, but the u/s error rates are horrendous. An engineer visit may solve it, but may not.

What does a speedtest show at the moment, preferably the https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ one, including the 'Additional Diagnostic' detail?

It's confusing because it's different to speedtest.net

And it seems to imply a faster download speed, that actually has little reflection to what is happening on all my devices.

I'm basically crawling along

That's quite a big difference between them both @superuser

 

Was one of the tests done on a wired connection and the other on wireless? Were both tests also done on the same device or different one? 

 

If a wired speed test hasn't been done, would you be able to do this and send across the results please?

It was all wireless. I know, wired is better, but I'm right next to the router.

 

Any case

I pulled the plug on everything. Let it reconnect and it's back to speed

 Huh. I've kept an eye on this thread as I've been plagued with similar WAN disconnects since Nov 22. Your recent listed disconnects times seem very similar to what mine are now 4:30 am and 20:30.

Now it's sync has dropped off a bit too
