Guessing there's nothing can be done with line getting more and more degraded? My ECI cab line now utterly pathetic compared to my Huawei line for sync speeds. Guessing the DLM has noticed too as the amount of overnight resyncs has increased a tonne recently.

Hi Phil,
I've been looking into this for you and line tests don't show signs of cross talk.
Additionally your sync speeds on your original line are below where we'd expect so I suspect this may need an Openreach engineer to investigate further.
Is your hub plugged into the master telephone socket and what type of socket do you have firstly?

Thank you.
Yes into master - NTE5c MK2 & VDSL/ADSL Faceplate MK4 - my 2 lines are side by side.

Would you be able to try plugging the problematic line into the test socket (Found behind the faceplate by unclipping it off)? Just to be doubly sure the wiring to that socket isn't affecting your speed.

Ah thanks for giving that a go Phil.
Can I arrange an Openreach engineer to take a look for you? If so when could you be available for a visit? The engineers are available weekday timeslots (and occasionally Saturday's) of 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.
