Ring PN and ask them, although a close estimate can be made by multiplying your monthly charge by the number of months remaining.

@nsl unfortunately us guys working on the social media team don't have access to that. If you give our guys a call on 0800 013 2632 they will be able to advise. Their opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 9am - 6pm

I'm fairly sure, having recently looked at T's & C's that there is a reduction for the saving PlusNet make on their costs, which will include, but not limited to, what they pay (at wholesale rates) to their suppliers such as Openreach. These in general will NOT be linked to your contract but will be adjustable at minimal notice.
My personal "guess" would be about half of the monthly figure times months remaining. But it's rather obscure how they derive it. 🙄

Did you not get an email from Plusnet when you took out your contract? In that email the ETCs are set out - about half way down. The same info should be in a closed ticket sent on the date when you agreed the contract or thereabouts.
