Fibre broadband downstream has switched to interleave.

Been with plusnet for years and my line has always been fast up and down.  Noticed everything had gone a bit chuggish in the household and checked the router.  Line stats below.  Is there anyway to get this reset so that Im back on fastpath or am I stuck waiting for the BT algorithm.  I did upgrade my Vigor 130's  firmware recently, perhaps thats caused the issue.  Pings are substantially worse.

Any help would be appreciated.  Even knowing the cause would be a help.

Regards

Roger

Re: Fibre broadband downstream has switched to interleave.

Just seems strange that a few days before those stats, my line reported with a DS Interleave depth of 1 and Path Mode as Fast.  Also connection speed was higher.

Re: Fibre broadband downstream has switched to interleave.

Around about that time did you notice your connection dropping a lot or was it the same as it has always been?

Re: Fibre broadband downstream has switched to interleave.

Same as always.  Line had reset 3 times since the router had been reflashed.

I had flashed the router with a newer firmware, but I reflashed back after these issues occured.  The stats below are how it is operating back on the original firmware.

Re: Fibre broadband downstream has switched to interleave.

Thanks for responding @graham00

Normally we're not able to reset lines to remove interleaving but there's something we can try that might have the desired effect

It should kick in from tomorrow all being well

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Re: Fibre broadband downstream has switched to interleave.

I don't know if you tried the  change, router stats are identical to what they were before.

Thanks for trying.  Just seems strange to have my line change suddenly when its been pretty solid for years.
