Fibre keeps disconnecting over the last few days

Since around 2 or 3 days ago our fibre has been disconnecting multiple times a day. I’ve done the usual checks, quiet line test and got the filter in the master socket and it still continues. I work from home and it’s starting to get in the way of that. Is there any way to fix this?

@LindaC123 Quickest way is probably to raise a fault via https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/

I’ve sent them the text but heard nothing back in a few hours.

It may take a while - if you have heard nothing by tomorrow morning , post back and I have a back-up plan.
