@ajax the 'price changes' are the RPI+3.9% increase applied every March to all products. I suspect, but don't know as I'm no longer a PN customer, that these details are in the details in the 'Legal' link at the bottom of each page on the site, and would be detailed on any confirmation of contract communication you received.
