Could be a loose DSL (grey) cable - make sure it is fully home.

Same as me. Flashing orange light always when switching on the router. And I texted just now. See whether they will speak to me or respond to you first.

Do you leave the hub switched on? If so have you texted in whilst the hub is flashing orange?

I'm very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your connection. I've reviewed the account and I can see that an investigation is underway, with an engineer appointment scheduled in later this week.
