Flashing orange

Hi
For over a month now my plusnet router shows flashing orange a few times a day, when viewing the management page it shows broadband disconnected. This lasts around 3 mins and then it reconnects and all is well, it's quite frustrating though.

Is there anything I can do to test/fix please

Assuming a Hub2, this indicates a possible network problem. Have you reported this to Plusnet?

No not currently, I assumed a long wait on the phone and wanted to avoid wasting time.

@lara0128 Then use https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/  to report the problem - although it won't most likely be picked up until after 8AM tomorrow.

@Mooresy87 sorry to hear this. Obviously there is a fault if it is showing that but it's not an obvious fault in the testing. Please can you pop us over a picture of the way it's set up in the master socket?

Hi, PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. Our diagnostic testing has found a problem with our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate. The tests indicate that Openreach will be able to resolve this problem without visiting your property. You will not be charged.

The text help bot says all is well but this forum says an issue has been identified, I will keep checking back to see what/when the openreach team identify a problem and hopefully resolve, thanks for your help so far
