Getting a lot of drops. Does plusnet throttle users?

Seemed to be resolved as of last night. No disconnects, download speed fine, above guaranteed number.
Upload speed not stellar, but that's not guaranteed.
Guy came round, looked at outside box, said it was all looking good and asked me if I was happy with it and said aye.
Thanks all for suggestions.

@alexrpm Just out of interest, as it 'seemed to be resolved last night' - before the engineer visit - sight of your Hubs 'Technical Log' and the Error log would be useful.

I received a text today from Plusnet saying:
"Thankyou for your patience. Our suppliers have advised us that they have fixed the issue you reported to us. We have run further diagnostics and we can see that your service is now working as intended."
I can't understand anything in the logs that looks like the root of the problem.
Apparently it was fixable from their end so. At least I'm reassured the problem wasn't betweenmy chair and keyboard.
