Getting really slow speeds 0.2 to like 1 Mbps

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me, been getting rediculously slow speeds not sure what to do as I'm not great with this sort of stuff thankyou

First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/

Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.

I don't have a phone that can be connected to the phone line is there any other way to sort it out?

Just use the second link and report a BB fault. You will not now get response before 0800 tomorrow.

Hey there @Tom1994 I've tested the line and there is a potential issue so I just need you to go through all the checks for me. What @jab1 sent should help as it takes you through them all anyway.
