How long does an upgrade take to happen?

I've just renewed my unlimited fibre contract, but gone from 36mb max to 48mb max. The paperwork said this took effect on the 6th of April, but nothing has changed in my dashboard and the actual speed I get hasn't changed yet either. How long should this take to go through?

Yes, that seems to be the same issue. I guess I'll have to wait a few days!

Hi @MartinConnolly, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're upgrade hasn't completed yet. I've had a look at your order and can confirm that your service will be going live on 14 April 2023. After this if you still don't see an improvement in your speeds, please let me know.
