Hub 2.0 with home phone orange light

Hello,

I received today my router and plugged it in. The blue light lasts like a minute and then it goes to orange.

I have already
- reset twice
- plug unplug
- leave for 15-20minutes
- change admin password


Anything else to try?

The light is steady orange

Have you checked that the username is your account name?

If so have you had a text/email to say your service is ready?

Is your phone line working?

Have you checked the username and password in the router?

@Mustrum Never thought of a re-joiner. If that is the case, then we need to know . Changes possible help.

@stonecity13 - from what I can establish, your broadband service is not due to be activated until Wednesday.

Would have been useful if the OP had mentioned he was a returnee. I (wrongly) assumed this was a replacement Hub.

I logged and posted with my old username.

This is my new one account and email associated with it. Just looked at my junk email and there is an email that states Wednesday.l as you mentioned I guess this post can be deleted or closed all together
