I am currently at work till 9pm but it is being monitored in my absence. The report stated it had disconnected 32 times in previous 24 hours prior to fix... I will keep a close eye and re report if it isnt.

Well the saga continues...   The reboots are still happening...   I have spoken with a very experienced tech guy at Plusnet who has confirmed the error hasnt been fixed, it also isnt at the exchange but likely at the green box.   In all his years he hasnt come across the error before!  I have an engineer coming out on Thurs morn so, fingers crossed.

So, approx 9:30 last night the hub went solid orrange, heard from neighbours that they had also lost connection.  Engineer due this morning between 8 and 1, hub still orange but at 11:40 it turned blue where it remained till 13:02 when it rebooted.   

 

No call from the engineer so assume because it was the neighbourhood they didnt need to check equipment etc.
