IP address on blocklist after bug bounties

I started to try bug bounties and must have got carried away as my ip seems to have been put on some sort of block list, I'm unable access websites like ebay and Disney plus. Is there any way to get my IP removed from the list?

Hi, yes pretty much all websites, in fact Disney plus and ebay are the only ones I've tried that have been blocked. It's just annoying as my wife uses ebay quite a lot.

You could try and obtain another address, but it may not work and is a pain. Disconnect your Hub, switch it off for at least 65 minutes, and then see if your IP changes. This assumes you are on a dynamic IP.

Surely if you are an "ethical hacker" you can resolve this issue by yourself, right?

Give you a clue. It starts with a V and P and an N.

I don't think the wife would want to use a vpn everytime she wants to stick something on disney for the kiddo. Fortunately this resolved itself after a day or two

Good to hear, sounded like some kind of temporary IP ban.
