I have been tasked by my son to find out how his local church can get broadband installed.
When his local Churches enquired about a Phone/Broadband line they were told that they don't have a postal address on the Royal Mail database. Churches will have a parochial office nearby (Possibly the vicarage) where letters are received.
This must be a common occurrence for businesses that have a mailing address and a secondary office located elsewhere.
Perhaps someone with experience of this problem can help.

In theory you should be able to manually enter the address when signing up via plus.net although things may be easier if the address is registered with Royal Mail first.
Have you tried reporting this to Royal Mail here?

Thank you Gandalf,
I believe this is a common problems for most churches and not just this church.
Churches don't have a letterbox as such and all mail is automatically redirected to a
parochial office or vicarage. I think we have the same problem with the heritage railway I volunteer for,
our far end station & workshops which has the postcode of the large business next door and not
one of our own. Automated systems are so wonderful.

Putting my local church in here gives me the address, post code and UPRN. I would hope that that was sufficient https://www.findmyaddress.co.uk/search
