Internet Disconnecting

Seems that at random multiple times throughout the day and night the internet will just disconnect, like my phone is still connected to Plusnet but I’m not actually getting an internet connection from it and neither are any of my devices for a couple of minutes, I’ve tried restarting the router so now I’m just stuck, any ideas?

Using the mobile phone that is recorded on your Plusnet account as your contact number, try this during daytime -

Problem is I don’t have texts at the moment which is why I posted here instead

@CaitRich Hi there, I've had a quick look into your account with us and performed a line test. Unfortunately the line test has came back with a fault that i need to raise to Openreach for repair. I've gone ahead and raised this fault for you and they've stated they dont need a visit to the premises to get this fault resolved for you, the fault seems to be fully external. Any external faults we raise are typically resolved within 2 working days. 

 

I've left you an email regarding the fault I've raised and have placed an open ticket on your Plusnet account so our offline team can monitor this fault until it is confirmed to be fully fixed.
