Internet connectivity keep dropping in and out, multiple times a day

As of this week my internet connectivity has been terrible. I work from home and require a consistent internet connection for my job which includes an IP phone. I've had at least 5 drop outs today and about the same amount yesterday. The router itself seems to cycle to a solid orange light before going blue again, each drop out lasts up to a minute, can some checks be performed please.

The router is plugged into the main telephone port in the house FYI.

Unfortunately, I havent got a landline attached no.

@samlovelace1 No worries, I've ran a test anyway and this is what it found "Potential HR Joint or wet joint detected" so I'll need to get an engineer out to you. I'll DM you.
