Internet speed slow and high ping

Since ive got Plusnet the download and upload has been super low and the ping while gaming or just normal browsing has been super high, The download and upload will drop from 1mb (thats what i usually get) ive tried wifi and ethernet and the only change i have seen is that the internet is more consistent but still terrible. Hope fully one of you guys can help thank you
