Is my DNS ok?

Hi, 

I've been getting notifications on my work laptop that my DNS is potentially hijacked as it doesn't match what my ISP's DNS should be. 

I've checked and it's set as the RIPE Network Coordination Centre, server 81.134.97.163. This isn't what Plusnet says it should be but a quick google suggests it's a legitimate DNS. 

Is it ok or have I been hijacked? If the latter, what do I do?
