Hello, I'm begining to think the line has been banded.
The SNR jumped to 9db on the downloads and Plusnet have said there is no fault on the line.
Can anyone help?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Can you please post the full stats.
Your line might be being "managed" which is not the same as being banded. Management is dynamic and might change, being banded requires support intervention.

Hi there,
From what I can see your line's not banded, but I can see the SNRM target has gone up to 9dB. As your connection seems stable, I've brought it back down to 6dB. I've attached below my testing I've just done for you.

The full profile is "WBC 160K - 24M No delay (INP 0) 9dB Downstream, UC No delay (INP 0) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)" which shows your router could theoretically sync to a speed anywhere up to 24mbps.
Here's also a graph showing your connection over the last week:
@Townman, DLM does apply and remove banding, but it only can't remove if the banding is chronic > https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Broadband-Faults-Guide-Banding-Guide/ba-p/1322790
