Is there a problem with the DNS server ?

For the last couple of days all computers on my (small) network have been experiencing delays in domain name resolutions..
Sometime the waiting can run into minutes making usage painful..
As this can be experienced by any user on my network and is relatively new I believe something may have changed with the router's DNS servers.
My router currently shows -
Primary DNS: 212.159.13.52
Secondary DNS:212.159.13.51
(I have carried out speed tests and they seem reasonable - 66.9 down , 6.3 up)
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

My router is set to use those DNS servers and I have NOT noticed any issues, the first step would be to reboot your Hub.
If you have a Hub Two it is possible to set your preferred DNS servers.
http://192.168.1.254 Home >Advanced Settings >My Network >IP4v configuration >DNS Servers
Make 'Auto' No and add your chosen DNS servers

@Anonymous bit quick to jump to a conclusion on one report of a DNS issue

Thanks for the advice. I have tried resetting one PC primary and secondary DNS servers and there has been no noticeable difference. I guess this might mean I need to look in another direction ?

Thanks for the advice. A server reboot has not improved the situation so I will try to change the DNS servers on the router - I did not know this was an option.

When it happens, are you able to carry out a lookup from a Windows command line?
The results from the commands below might be telling: -
> nslookup bbc.co.uk
> nslookup bbc.co.uk 212.159.13.52
> nslookup bbc.co.uk 192.168.1.254
> ping 192.168.1.254

I received the following results from nslookup hl.co.uk -
C:\WINDOWS\system32>nslookup hl.co.uk
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.1.254
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: hl.co.uk
Address: 81.145.150.131
Does this throw any light on anything ?

If the output was returned quickly, then no it doesn't. It suggests that the machine you ran it from is using the hub for DNS lookups, and it's returning the expected DNS response.
