Latency is all over the place…

Hi my connection has been perfect for the last 2 weeks and something must of happened around 2030 Sunday night my connection dropped and the latency has been all over the place.
It was around 15ms now it’s fluctuation from 45 - 250ms+
I play a lot of games so this is a massive issue for me.
Speed is fine that’s the not issue. I have raised the fault but the person on the end of the phone couldn’t understand what I was getting at.

I don't understand why you haven't tuned out the latency spikes using your Asus DSL-AC68U traffic settings ?

Prior to this I had a A+ bufferbloat. From Sunday 2030 I had over 40k CRC’s downstream within 10 hours before I had 40 in total 2 weeks.
So I’m fairly confident somethings up with the line .
Nothing internally has changed. Nothing eles using the internet during the testing.

Have you run the Plusnet fault checker bot - to see whether that detects anything wrong with your line ?
