Line drops and speed issue

Hi,

 

In the last 24 hours I have had a few drops in broadband and now my speed is less than 10 Mbps.

 

Can someone run some tests or check the line please?

EDIT:

I used the Plusnet tech bot, got the line refreshed but the speed is still only 23-25 Mbps. Looks like something isn't right.

I spoke to Plusnet support, they said they would need to send an engineer but then miraculously the line is back and the speeds have returned to normal.

 

I have cancelled the engineer as the line now looks fine.
