Could you please help, I can find no link to open tickets regarding disconnected Internet service

@Walter Having posted that link, I realise it will not help you. If there are any OPEN tickets, a link to them will be displayed n your Member Centre home page.

If there is an open ticket on your account, a link to the same will be found under the messages bell.

Open and closed tickets can be accessed via the link provided by John, or that below.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Still could find no link. That suggests to me they have not opened a ticket regarding my lack of connection.
They got away with it the last time I was cut off but I shall be more diligent this time!
