Lost about 1 MB/s down again

Back to 3.5MB/s or so. Last time this mentioned a handy plusnet person chimed in and got me back up to my max of 4.5MB/s.
Could someone look into this for me? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the speeds at the moment. I've had a look into this and the speeds I'm seeing are completely different from the ones you're reporting - do you have more than one account with us?

Hi AJ, nah same one Here's a post from my last thread about this (helped by Gandalf [staff[)
I've done a bit of digging and from what I can see your router's sync speed is 'banded' to a max of 35mbps by the dynamic line management (DLM) software at the cabinet. I've arranged for the settings to be reset, which should happen within the next 3 working days and hopefully increase your speed to where they were before.
I was able to get 4.5MB again after his help, which I know is my usual max as I download a lot of STEAM

Thanks for confirming that @tankabbott. Since this went through, have you noticed any other issues with the line? For example, shortly following the change we made, did the connection drop out at all?

No drop outs touch wood, just the lack of max speed again
