Minimum speeds on contract

Hi all

I have been checking last few weeks my broadband minimum speeds is below my contract, it was set at 40mb, then today i logged in and i noticed it has dropped and is currently showing the same speed i am getting at present at 20mb. Has this occurred to anyone?

Interesting. Sorry for asking you to run checks &c, but can you try: https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ , and run and post the results fro the 'Advanced Diagnostic' please.
