To be honest those results don't look too concerning; a 9mb difference in sync and throughput is normal for a line with retransmission. 

I can see our faults team are monitoring to ensure the line stays stable and so lets see how things go

No, it's fine. So long as it's stable, which I think it will be with the new drop line. Thanks for the help.

@RHines  According to the checker results WBC FTTP is available so what are you waiting for ? 😀

Maybe you want to wait until Plusnet  supply it, who knows when that will be.

The problem is I didn't know we could get FTTP until after we switched to plusnet. It was a HUGE mess before that, at one point we had three ISP's in two different houses. Long story short Virgin bailed at the last minute and since we both work from home we decided to just move our old service from our old house to the new house. Man if I had known about FTTP being available I probably would have gone that route. Now we have to wait lol.

You don't have to wait, if you move to EE / BT by calling Customer Options they will waive the early termination fees.
However, a staff member did mention being able to order FTTP in the very near future - so might be worth waiting a little while longer as could be a better price than BT etc.

We both dig plus net, we've had good support and experience which is the primary reason we've stayed for so long. So we'll just wait it out I think.

Get OpenReach round to put in a new drop wire and then a short while later get them back to replace the new drop wire with a fibre cable!!!
