I was hoping someone could help me before I have to phone Plusnet which I hate doing. I am moving to a house that appears to have quite poor EE reception according to some websites I have visited. I am in contract for about another year or so yet, where do I stand for getting out of this if the reception is poor or not non existent? They will probably say I have to wait till I have moved in so they can test it , but then I`m stuck with little or no internet until they then let me out of contract and i find another provider.

Sorry, I don't understand why you think the EE reception has anything to do with your broadband.
Plusnet Broadband is delivered either via the phone line or fibre.
Take a look at the availabiility checker forhttps://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSLfor your new address

@destiny234 Are you saying the property has poor broadband reception or poor mobile signal reception. The broadband is provided over the BT infrastructure, the mobile signal via the EE mobile signal infrastructure - two totally different animals, so to speak.
@MisterW types faster than me.

@destiny234 Understood, but Plusnet Broadband is nothing to do with EE. I understand that the relationship between BT/EE/BT is hard to fathom, but basically, they are all separate companies within the BT group -other than that, there is no connection.

@destiny234 As a point of interest, you do realise you will have to arrange a 'house move' with Plusnet when make the move, don't you? Which will involve talking to them.

You possibly still can - I honestly don't know, as I am no longer a Plusnet customer, just someone who has stayed on the forum to try and help fellow members.

That link very clearly says MOBILE COVERAGE.
Have you got things deeply confused here? Thinking that Plusnet BROADBAND is delivered by EE, have you looked at EE's MOBILE service coverage (which is indeed used by Plusnet MOBILE) and drawn the wrong conclusions about BROADBAND delivery and coverage?
Look here - https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome - to see what BROADBAND services and their performance levels are available at your new address.

@destiny234 I don't know about @Townman , but your last post has me totally and utterly confused - what has a mobile phone model got to do with your BROADBAND service?

John,
I think it is still unclear if the user is looking for BROADBAND (as per the forum board this has been posted on) or MOBILE as per the reference to the handset.
The page shows the popular phones. Above those big buttons, under the postcode box, there is a phone model box ... start typing the name / model in and more options will appear.
A word of WARNIING!! If you are looking for MOBILE service from Plusnet, be aware that though Plusnet is "proud to use the EE network" it does not have full access to the EE network, so you should look here - Mobile Network Coverage Checker UK | Plusnet Mobile | Plusnet Mobile

Agreed, @Townman , but they did say right at the beginning of this topic - and I quote - ' was hoping someone could help me before I have to phone Plusnet which I hate doing. I am moving to a house that appears to have quite poor EE reception according to some websites I have visited. I am in contract for about another year or so yet, where do I stand for getting out of this if the reception is poor or not non existent? They will probably say I have to wait till I have moved in so they can test it , but then I`m stuck with little or no internet until they then let me out of contract and i find another provider.' - which suggests to me they are conflating EE mobile reception with Plusnet broadband reception' - unless I am totally misreading it?

Both what, @destiny234 ? (1) You are on BT mobile and (2) as said previously, the mobile and broadband are totally different things.
