My router has suddenly crashed

I'm trying to set up a Linksys thingy and it couldn't connect to the modem so it suggested I reset my Plusnet router. So I did so and now nothing is working. For some reason I am now "connected without internet" when all I did was reset the stupid thing which normally doesn't have any bad effect at all. Can anyone help please? I now have absolutely 0 wifi and am typing through my phone hotspot. Thanks very much!

Hey there @ellythemoo sorry to hear it is playing up. What router are you using and what are the lights doing?
