Network down, no updates

Network suddenly went down yesterday, no explanation why. Has been working for months previously without a fault.
Tried all troubleshooting info on the website, reset everything. Sent the text with "help etc" to the diagnostics bot and it responded with there was an incident in the area would be fixed by 12 today. No update so sent another help text and its extended until 6pm tomorrow. No explanation why, no answer on the phone from plusnet and now way to contact them otherwise. Not really sure what's going on or what I need to now do when it eventually comes back on but I'm getting no answers. Can anyone help.

Enter your phone number in here https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/ and see if there's an MSO in your area.

I'm really sorry for the downtime you've had. From what I can see you're back up and running now.

Can you let me know if you're still having issues so I can investigate further? 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
