I switched over from Sky Broadband this morning. The connection was working whilst it went through the setup. However, as soon as the username was updated in the router settings I haven’t got a connection. I’ve changed my password and entered this into the router settings (along with ensuring the username is correct, including the plusdsl.net). Every time I press connect, it spins then just says disconnected.
I know from years of use and various providers, there should be nothing wrong with the line, so appears to be an account issue.
Any ideas?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Have you actually received the email/sms to say your account is active ?
It can take a liitle while for the systems to activate your Plusnet account.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thank you. Under the account dashboard it does say We're currently setting up your account. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.
Hoping it won’t take too long.
