New Router after contract renewal

Hi.
I've just renewed my contract with plusnet for another 18 months. Would anyone know if I can get a new (free) router. Mine is knocking on bit so I thought it worth an ask.

@ericw400 You could have asked for one at the time, but I suspect if one of the Help Team spot this post, you will possibly get a Hub1 sent you (might cost you P&P though)

I would check which router you have first. See
https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/router-setup-guides/
Note the HubTwo isn't yet available to residential customers. If you have a HubOne then there's little point in getting another unless you have a fault.
