I have been having problems with my broadband connection for a while now and we’ve recently had a power cut and thinking it might be something to do with that. I recently upgraded my plusnet package thinking that it might just come with a new hub as I didn’t see an option for requesting a new one but nothing has come. I really need good internet as I work from home. Could I request one or pay for one please?
