No broadband from any provider today?

My broadband has been down all day. Gas assumed it was just Plusnet but talking to a neighbour it seems it’s all providers in the village. I’m in East Ayrshire. Anyone know anything?

@Rachelf67  Zen has a pretty good fault status page here https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/ . Try putting your phone area code in to see if there's any problems in your area

That’s saying no reported faults today but Plusnet have confirmed there is a fault. Odd.

Maybe the fault doesnt affect enough people to appear on Openreach's service outage lists🙄

There is a major service outage in the area and the new estimated repair time is by 7pm tonight.

It's affecting a number of services, so engineers will be working to fix the fault as quickly as possible.
