Lost WiFi connection last night and can’t get it back tried everything recommend on the help page and still no luck

I'm here @Tomleeder ! All caffeinated up and ready to go! Sorry to hear you are having issues with the broadband, has anything changed in the property at all? Can you pop over some pics so our lovely superusers and myself can help you as the line test says it could be a home set up issue.

Nothing has changed in the house has been working fine for the last 2 years

Glad nothing has changed! Which telephone socket do you have? If you're not sure, please can you check on What type of master socket have I got? | BT Help ?

Are you using the Plusnet router as well?

We have the single socket one with the micro filter.
Yeah we are using the Plusnet hub 2 router

Log into the Hub and navigate to the requested pages?
