But it has worked up until now? My suggestion for the moment is to report a fault as advised on this page: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/ , although you may not get an instant answer at this time of night - there are no Plusnet staff available.
Also, I'm logging off very soon, so won't be able to do much until tomorrow - but I will check in early tomorrow.

@jab1 I have never used a Hub2 but isn't it supposed to load the username automatically from the Plusnet TR069 management platform? That needs to be checked.

@RealAleMadrid It is - TBH I was a little surprised that the factory reset the OP did hadn't invoked TR069, but I have seen instances of this happening/not happening in the past.

This usually only happens when for some reason the router is not on the management platform's database. @Marsh / @LexLex2020 - can someone check that out please?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
