@silver Thanks for those images, they confirm my suspicions that you were commissioned on a 40/10 profile and not the 80/20 you should have been.

Your dropwire  is not a problem, unless it is damaged - mine is at least 40 years old.

Thanks for that🙂. In some ways good it’s just a human error (in other ways very annoying!) 

 

 

Curtis has said it should go through on Tuesday so keeping fingers crossed.

 

As far as I know the wire is fine, my doubts came because last time a BT engineer came out he said it needed replacing - frustratingly he came three days earlier than the appointment I’d been given and I needed to go to out as I was running an event that morning and so there was no time to replace it once he’d jogged to the green cabinet and back to sort the pressing issue he’d been sent out for.

It might not have been human error,  it may have been a mismatch in the BTw/Openreach systems. Whateverbit was,  the new order should sort it

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As of now download is 59 upload 14. So now getting minimum guaranteed speed.
