I have an open ticket on my account that no staff member has touched since it was released from hold at 7..AM on the 24th January.

SI am most diusappointed and extremely angryo fol0owling a Qube engineer visit on the 23rd January I have been expecting a new Hub2 router to be delivered, 12 days so far and still waiting. What did the engineer report say to Plusnet.
Why have I been ignored for all this time despite adding 4 responses to the ticket since the release from hold?
What action do you propose to take in this case and when will it happen?
I am most disappointed and extremely angry at being ignored for all this time!
