Hi,
I live in a block of flats where this happened :
Flats 21 - 40 had Open Reach installing fiber about a year ago and can pick any fiber plan from planet.
Flats 1 - 20 had fiber installed about two weeks ago but can't upgrade or subscribe any fiber service yet.
When I say fiber I mean ftth (each apartment is connected to fiber).
My question is simple, does this mean that something is gone wrong or does it mean that some work is still pending?
Thanks!

@pinkpoy It sometimes takes a little while for new FTTP availability to show on the system, and until it does, no provider will be able to offer it to you. The usual advice offered in this situation is to check daily on this site: https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL and as soon as you see 'WBC FTTP' offered on the left-hand side, give PN a call.
