Really wish I could've avoided this post but it appears that openreach can not be bothered to appear or even communicate on the given install date.
Even after calling the plusnet support I was told to wait till 7pm (I know that openreach engineers work till 6pm only) seems like a quick way to get rid of me with all due respect.
The best part is that plusnet has canceled our previous line meaning that were now stuck with no internet whatsoever as we live in a rural area.
With my partner going to Uni and myself working in the IT sector, I'll be excited for another 20 day wait time but this time with no internet whatsoever and possibly losing a job.
Apologies if it comes across harsh but I can't believe this is happening in 2023.

I'm really sorry for the delay and the hassle as well as the worry it is causing you. I to work from home and can appreciate the worry that this will be causing you.
I can see you spoke to our provisioning team and they have booked an engineer for tomorrow.

Hey Sammy,
Indeed I have spoken to one of your helpful colleagues who was able to get another install date for tomorrow!
Hopefully this time they will show up, This is by all means no Dig at Plusnet but rather at Openreach and the lack of their communication as a simple "Sorry there is a delay" Would've gotten us some clarification.

You are right @Tristan101 and I will make sure we pass this feedback on because we know there will be times things go wrong but communication is the key to help during that time.
