Still orange flashing light after I've changed the username & password

I'm not on a phone line. I ordered a fibre broadband without phone line. Using the filter & not quite sure what master socket you mean

Have you checked all your cables are fully seated? I suggest you take them out and ensure they are pushed in until you hear them click. If that doesn't solve the problem, call Plusnet

No need. I had the broadband cable plugged into the wrong socket 🤦‍♀️😂. All working now. Many thanks for helping me.
