Orange light on router - new customer

Hi all, received a text from plusnet saying that broadband is live this morning. So disconnected the bt hub and connected the plusnet one.

It’s been orange all day with a b lit up.

Obviously no internet. Reset the router , turned it on and off but it’s still the same. I need this operating tonight as the wife works from home.

Help needed.

Ignore this - it’s just turned blue and is working as of 2 mins ago!
